Repository Information for this project
A CVSNT repository has been established to hold code being developed for this project.
The repository name is OSAnalytic.
At present, the following modules exist:
- WEKA - This is the project's modifications to the WEKA machine learning package. We have extended some of the classes to, in conjunction with the mpiJAVA library, to run on clusters.
- GLUEmatlab - GLUE implementation, aimed at Dr. Habib's work, in
matlab.
