Listing of available MPI Libraries on CACS & LONI Clusters

What MPI Libraries are available on different clusters. Please note, this is not the official list. So, this can be out-of-date or just plain wrong.

Big Red - Cluster in CACS
  • MPICH (GNU) - Version 1.2.7
  • OpenMPI - Version 1.1
  • LAM/MPI - Version 7.1.1
Cangrid - (CAN Cluster)
  • MPICH (GNU) - Version 1.2.7
  • LAM/MPI - Version 7.1.1
Oliver (LONI Cluster)
  • OpenMPI (version 1.2.2) - intel and gcc.
  • mvapich - version 0.98 (various compilations)
  • mvapich2 - versin 0.08 (various compilations)
  • mvapich2 - version 1.01 (two intel builds)
